Warrior Wisdom Volume Two I throughly enjoyed this book. I am actually posting my review after a second reading of this book. I have Volume One of this series and although it is an enjoyable read, Volume Two is a far superior book. The author draws on a cast array of sources, ranging from Sitting Bull to Funakoshi Sensei to Yoda. His choice of quotes is remarkable and his commentary is extremely thought provoking. The other major strong point of this book is his continued emphasis on training the mind & training the body in a functional manner. I did not notice this same emphasis in Volume One and I hope it is a direction the author continues in with any following volumes. In conclusion the author uses all the various quotes to urge the reader to seek a, "lifestyle of excellence, not complacency."

An amazing series of books! Well written, organzied and so full of information on kicking that the only better resource would be the author himself. I would highly recommend any book written by this author!
