Volume 6 Front Kick by Shawn Kovacich is a very well written book from beginning to end. The diagrams make it easy to follow and understand from beginners all the way to seasoned martial artists. This book breaks down each step into several technical points so that you can easily understand the kick fully and perform it correctly. Each technical point is clearly illustrated by pictures and illustrated foot positions so it's easy to understand by seeing the break down of each technical point of the kick.
